Your order will be shipped through USPS to basic96 headquarters, where we will personally inspect each pair to make sure they are ready to send to you! Whether our brand ambassadors personally hand you a pair, or you receive a package from us through the mail we have your customer satisfaction in mind the entire time! If your earrings are damaged in any way upon delivery that's on us! Send us an email explaining the problem and we will refund you or send you a new pair free of charge.
